The representative of BUCE took part in the business community of  the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of South Africa meeting on 21 November, 2013 within the third meeting of the Joint Belarusian-South African Committee on Trade and Economic Cooperation, which was held at the Minsk office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce.

There were the representatives of the Republic of Belarus Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Republic of South Africa and the Embassy of the Republic of South Africa in the Russian Federation and in the Republic of Belarus among participants of the meeting. During the visit a business matchmaking meeting was held, where the representatives of the Republic of South Africa business circles were informed about the possibilities of export and import operations implementation on the Belarusian commodity market with the help of trade instruments used on the electronic platform of BUCE.

In support of cooperation that was set up on the basis of business contacts of BUCE with the representatives of the South African business community in period of 2011-2013 the BUCE delegation held meeting with the Director General of the Council of black entrepreneurs Mr. Ksolani Kbeka. The directors of the Africa Union Holdings subsidiary created with the assistance of BUCE Africa Union Commodities UE attended the meeting also.  The Africa Union Holdings is the BUCE partner in South Africa, with which BUCE implements a joint project of creation a regional commodity exchange in the Republic of South Africa. The South African party was informed about the fulfillment of this project aimed at the development of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries on the basis of electronic and exchange instruments use on the BUCE and Africa Union Holdings trading platforms by Belarusian and South African companies.
